BizDevLab may decline a request that falls outside its scope or values.
Fees for services are defined in the service agreement or invoice. Payment terms, methods, and due dates are stated in that document.
Late payment may lead to pause of work until balance is cleared.
If a client wishes to cancel a service, a written notice must be sent to info@BizDevLab.vip.
For custom digital solutions, fees for work already completed are non-refundable. If a project is stopped before major work has started, a partial refund may be issued after review.
Refund requests are reviewed based on project stage, time spent, and costs already incurred. No refund is provided for completed milestones or delivered work.
All content on this site, including text, graphics, and design, belongs to BizDevLab unless stated otherwise.
Custom work created for a client becomes the client’s property only after full payment, unless agreed in writing.
BizDevLab may display non-confidential parts of completed work in its portfolio.
Clients retain rights to their data. By using our services, you grant us the right to use provided data solely for project execution.
We apply reasonable steps to protect data. Clients are responsible for lawful data use and consent from end users.
The site and services are provided as available. BizDevLab is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, or business loss arising from use of the site or services.
We do not make guarantees about specific business results or growth outcomes.
Projects may include third-party tools or software. BizDevLab is not responsible for changes, limits, or issues caused by third-party providers.
